If you need someone you can confide in, we at Nummer gegen Kummer are here for you. Maybe you want to talk about what you experienced in Ukraine, about the fact that you had to leave your home, how you are doing in Germany or how your everyday life looks like now – we are there to listen to your experiences, feelings, worries and fears.
Also as Ukrainian relatives who have taken in e.g. family, friends or even strangers, you can use our telephone counselling service.
No matter what you are dealing with, we are there! Our trained counsellors will support you or simply listen to you. On 0800 500 225 0, at the Helpline Ukraine you can get free telephone counselling in Ukrainian and Russian from Monday to Friday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Every call is confidential and free of charge.

About Nummer gegen Kummer
Nummer gegen Kummer has been offering telephone counselling for children, young people and parents for over 40 years. Since 2003, there has also been online counselling for young people. Every year, many people contact us who don`t know how to cope with their situation, have worries, problems or a question and would like to talk to someone about it. With the Helpline Ukraine we would like to offer telephone support and help to all those who have come to Germany from Ukraine.
